Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days if shipped internationally & within 3 days if shipped locally. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Sugar Plum Outlet and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all Sugar Plum Outlet and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, marked or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
We must stress that in order to receive an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging.

Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with scratched soles may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms are not exchangeable.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Sugar Plum Outlet as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
If you have received an item from Sugarplumoutlet.com as a gift you cannot exchange it for another item of the same value.
Items won in our Giveaways are non-exchangeable.
BOOK YOUR RETURNS PICK-UP WITH US :
Your returned item must arrive at Sugarplumoutlet it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your delivery date or 3 days if locally ordered .
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, if you miss this time frame we cannot accept the return and thus cannot make the refund .
We recommend that you book your return immediately to schedule the pickup within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives on time.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred.
With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.
PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Sugar Plum outlet is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
